AWF-113
Description and Applications
AWF-113 is a calcium-silicate bonded/agglomerated flux . It has high silicon pick-up and neutral manganese behavior. It also has excellent resistance to cracking. Welds can be made without reduction of area or interface notches. The flux can be used on 13%Cr stainless and mid/low alloy steels. The flux can also be used with 13%Cr cored and solid wires. The flux provides good slag detachment, a smooth weld bead and stable arc. It can be used for cladding and rebuilding rolls.
Typical applications include: roll rebuilding, and cladding.
